About my sports, reading, listening and men’s best friend
In 2017 I started running – 1km-1.5km, and increased gradually to finally “stabilize” my running sessions at 10 km. Since then I have run over 5,000 km and I keep counting 🙂 At the same time more or less I went back to my Israeli roots and started Krav Maga lessons in my backyard to then add fitness to these lessons. Yep – sport is a no brainer for me in everyday life (must add that at my age it’s also a must 😉 and that there are days that it’s hard to get myself out of the house for a run!). I listen to podcasts and audiobooks while running and I feel I’ve learnt so much while doing so. I enjoy reading books on my Kindle and I absolutely love dogs (in specific our very own Chausette and Juk).
