Distribute the risk

Distributing the risk in your business is crucial. 

While I can totally get the convenience of working with a few big clients, I’ve learnt (almost the hard way) that it’s too risky. 

One of the reasons Quantum is still up and running in spite of 2020 is that our portfolio included a wide variety of companies with different budgets.

It wasn’t a strategy per se, but in hindsight, it was the right thing to do. 

Look at your company’s revenue source pie and if there’s one colour that takes a part too large, you should consider diversification.
