Postcard from Montreal

I was going through the mail yesterday at one of our properties and was so surprised to find this postcard.

I repeatedly talk about how crucial (yet often ignored) the customer and user experiences are, so I’m just grateful that I have the opportunity to walk my talk.

To the sweet young Airbnb couple who sent this—words fall short to express how moved I was.

I wish acts of kindness and gratitude like this were more of what we all do for each other, more often.

And yes, that businesses would invest more in making customers feel genuinely cared for ☺️
