It takes time and efforts

It’s not said enough – it’s hard to build a business. 

Especially in the first two years. 

And while you could do what seems to be fairly easy like using online platforms to promote your products/services, what you should actually be doing is to put yourself out there, knocking on doors and getting the word out about your business. 

And yes, that also means that you will need to do something that you might not like – selling.  

The good news is that it should be easy for you because you believe in what you do and the best news is that while it takes years and many efforts to build a brand, this is when sales become easier.


While it’s extremely satisfying, building a business is not easy, and I find that not enough people talk about it. Word of mouth is, until today, the best marketing method, but when you are new, no one knows about you, so you must go and knock on doors. You also need to accept that you will be a salesperson, so embracing it as well as understanding how people make decisions is important for your success. #owningyourbusiness #entrepreneurship #digitalmarketing #onlinemarketing #chenhindi
