“We overdeliver”

A few weeks ago, I attended a 4-day course with about 200 other people.

During the course, the trainers repeatedly said “we overdeliver”.

For example, they wouldn’t set an agenda with clear end time and considered that as overdelivering. This was something many people found very uncomfortable and problematic for their busy schedules.

It feels obvious to spell it out, but when you overdeliver, you don’t need to say it.

People think that a product/service is worthy of their money when they feel they are getting a higher value than the money they paid.

Focus on that feeling, not on words that might backfire.

Thank you for being here!

I don’t say it as a cliche -
I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge.

I’ve built a business from the ground up, managed dozens of employees over the years, worked with hundreds of brands and trained people from 500+ companies. As a result, I have gained valuable insights that I’m happy to pass on to others - twice a week, on Monday and Friday.
