Two things about the sender’s email address in your email campaigns:
1. A no-reply is a definite no-no. Why would you send your subscribers an email if you don’t want them to reply?
2. In some scenarios, you might want to use a sender’s name but not the same person’s email address. That’s ok, as long as the email goes to someone who can actually reply and handle responses.
@chen_hindi If you’re communicating to your clients via email, wouldn’t you want them to engage with you? The obvious answer for me is that engagement is your holy grail, and as such, using a no-reply address is a big no-go. There are scenarios where you might send an email from a certain name, but you’d want to use a different email address as the sender. That’s alright, as long as it reaches a person who can handle these replies. #emailmarketing #learnontiktok #digitalmarketing #onlinemarketing #chenhindi #emailmarketingtrainer #emailmarketingcoach CC: @MasterClass
