Managers should say less and do more.

If you expect your employees to go the extra mile at work, you should do the same.

If you believe they need to exercise for their mental and physical health, you should consistently practice sports yourself.

If you want them to continually educate themselves, you should also act as a consistently curious learner. 

“Walk your talk” is a real thing, not just some nice corporate catchphrase. 

And whatever you expect from your employees, you should be doing 10x more.
