In his book “Give and Take”, Adam Grant analyzes three types of people at work:
Takers, Givers and Matchers.
Takers want to take as much as possible, Matchers strive for equal exchange, and Givers, a minority, give without expecting something in return.
You might think that givers always end up losing, but Grant’s research reveals how they often achieve remarkable success.

I find giving to be one of the most beautiful traits people can have, which is probably why I love Christmas so much.
In a world of dominated by takers and matchers, it’s nice to see everyone become a Giver during this time of the year.

Merry Christmas to everyone celebrating ❤️
