I became a trainer completely by chance. 

Looking back on 550 companies, 2,200 people and 170 sessions, I can confirm two things:

1. Although it happened by chance, it made me better at what I do.

2. I absolutely love doing it. So, the lesson really is the cliché one – take yourself outside of your comfort zone. That’s where the magic happens.

Furthermore, I believe knowledge sharing in companies should not only come from top to bottom but also be a part of the company’s culture.
