One thing I love doing for my guests at Omega is the “Little Lifesavers” box (or the “Did You Forget?” box).
I got the idea from Thanks for Visiting, and it’s awesome.
I stock about 10–12 little essentials I figure guests might need – a tiny survival kit for forgotten bits and bobs.
Putting it together isn’t much effort, and it’s not expensive, but the payoff is huge. Guests adore it and often mention it in their reviews.
Attention to detail can take a business from good to great.
