Too many tabs are already open in my head

One of the practices that helps me get many things done in a given day* is actually simple: I actively kill distractions.

WhatsApp groups? Huge distraction – by far the majority of them are on mute.

Social media? Don’t get me started! I usually scroll FB/Insta/others at night, and during the day I use FB’s business manager for my work.

Million of tabs open? I know it’s cool to show off with, but honestly, it’s completely unnecessary and extremely disruptive. I keep 1 to 3 tabs open most of the time, which allows me to focus on what I’m doing.

My phone is on mute all the time, at home as well, and that’s not only for me but also not to disturb people around me.

We live in such a noisy world, bombarded with information and we need to manage plenty of platforms, so I already have too many tabs open in my head, I don’t need them in front of my eyes and ears as well

*As far as I know, no one has managed to extend the day to more than 24 hours, so as everyone else, I’m limited by the Physics of all of this 😊
