12 years ago today, I landed in Mauritius for the first time.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from living on this beautiful island, it’s how humbling it is to be surrounded by some of the kindest people I’ve ever met.
I hope you, my beloved Mauritians, don’t let the noise get in your way and lose sight of how remarkable that is.
