1. The property – It’s not just about beautiful furniture and comfortable mattresses. Think add-ons: a stocked coffee station, extra pillows in different firmness, little thoughtful touches. Go the extra mile where your guests don’t anticipate it.
2. Credibility – Photoshop can help “close the sale”, but if a guest arrives and the property doesn’t match, you’re off to a bad start. Trust is everything – you’re literally their home for the duration of their stay.
3. Service – Responsiveness, attentiveness, and anticipating needs make service exceptional. Even if something goes wrong, if your guests feel genuinely cared for and supported, they’ll leave a glowing review.
